  1. Face au d\u00e9fenseur, ballon au pied, enchainer entre 2 et 12 passements de jambes pour d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer l’adversaire.<\/li>\n
  2. D’un subtil mouvement de bassin, vous feintez un d\u00e9part \u00e0 droite avant de revenir sur la gauche,<\/li>\n
  3. \u00c0 l’aide du pied droit, vous rabattez le ballon pour le faire passer entreles jambes du d\u00e9fenseur,<\/li>\n
  4. Vous contournez l’adversaire par la gauche pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le ballon derri\u00e8re l’adversaire,<\/li>\n
  5. En passant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l’adversaire, n’h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 lui susurrez des mots doux\u00a0 d’un air narquois : \u00ab\u00a0Respire\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0P’tit pont\u00a0\u00bb ou d’autres joyeuset\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
