Tout en restant en l\u2019air, \u00e0 l\u2019instar d\u2019un Olivier Atton<\/a>, on met la face externe du mollet en opposition \u00e0 la balle, en contractant suffisamment ses muscles pour amortir l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du ballon. Astuce<\/strong> : en choisissant de contracter un des deux muscles jumeaux du mollets, on peut orienter la balle.<\/li>\n
  4. On termine le mouvement d\u2019une volte autour du d\u00e9fenseur en l\u2019enroulant pour reprendre le ballon dans son dos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Conclusion<\/strong> : Le d\u00e9fenseur ne sait plus o\u00f9 donner de la t\u00eate<\/p>\n
